Now that the dust has settled and all the “New Year, New You” content is lost at the bottom of the infinite scroll, I’m here with your January Journal Prompts. Two weeks into the New Year seems like the best time to sit down and consider the year ahead. Whatever resolve you’ve had to eat better, exercise more, be more present, less hurried, all that has gone out the window and we’re all back to our old patterns.
So here I am with a few thoughtful journal prompts to disrupt those patterns and prompt you to think about your approach to everything that you can control, which if we’re honest, isn’t much.
