The days are getting longer as the sun creeps above the horizon earlier and lingers in the evenings. It’s that great sign of life after winter, the whisper that spring is coming. It seems fitting too that it feels as if a spotlight has been cast on various areas of my life that need attention.
We all have our habits and patterns, well-worn troughs of doing and thinking, and sometimes when the light shines on those things we realize: oh, this isn’t working anymore. It is both uncomfortable and a gift.
Uncomfortable, because who wants to change?! And a gift because, now that we can see we have a choice, the freedom, to change or not. With that in mind, let’s get in to March’s journal prompts.
